Every great team is made stronger by the people behind it and at Base Metal Roofing, we’re proud to have Paul as part of ours. His story is one of determination, creativity, and a genuine passion for learning qualities that align perfectly with the values that drive our business.

Paul began his marketing journey at college, where he studied Communications for two years before going on to university to complete a degree in Communications, Advertising, and PR. Throughout his studies, he worked as a chef, balancing long hours in the kitchen with his coursework which was an experience that taught him the importance of discipline, focus, and hard work.

After graduating, Paul joined a marketing agency, where he spent the next four years gaining hands-on experience across multiple industries. It was here that he developed the creative and strategic skills that now shape his work, from digital campaigns and content creation to storytelling and brand development.

In June 2025, Paul joined Base Metal Roofing as our Marketing Assistant, bringing fresh ideas and a new perspective to how we communicate what we do. Since joining, he’s been instrumental in helping strengthen our brand, from developing our website and social media presence to creating video content, drone footage, and case studies that showcase the quality and craftsmanship behind every project.

Paul’s approach reflects what we value most at Base Metal Roofing. Consistency, creativity, and a commitment to continuous improvement. His background in communications and his ability to tell the story behind our work helps us share what makes our business stand out: the craftsmanship, the detail, and the people who make it all possible.
